The 2021-22 enacted State Budget included language requiring local education agencies that receive funding from the Federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund allocated by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP-ESSR) to post on its website a plan by school year of how these funds will be spent.

The federal funding was available for the 2020-21 and the 2021-22 school years and will continue to be available through September 30, 2024.
