What is WCS doing for you....

Wyoming Central School is ready to assist parents in the health care profession or first responders who are critical to the COVID-19 response effort.  This is in addition to any parent of a student that is need of help also.  Wyoming CSD has put into place the following:

  • Instructional Options: On Monday, March 16th all teachers gathered and prepared instructional packets together with additional instructions for those students with IEP’s and 504’s for every student in Wyoming CSD.  Many teachers also prepared a “Phase II Packet in the event the closures are extended for any reason.  Using the Emergency Outreach System, and the District’s Website, all families were notified Instructional Packets would be personally delivered by the District on Tuesday, March 17th.
  • Meal availability: On Sunday, March 15th all Wyoming CSD families were notified that beginning Thursday, March 19th lunch and breakfast bags would be available to those families wishing to participate.  This notification went out through the District’s Emergency Outreach System and the District’s Website.
  • Child Care: Wyoming CSD is ready and available to assist those families in locating appropriate child care during the COVID-19 Emergency.  Any parent that is in need of help are to contact the District so that we may handle their specific needs accordingly, i.e. babysitting.  Again, this information was distributed via the Emergency Outreach System and the District’s Website.
